Memberships

Premium memberships renew automatically at the end of each period (30 or 90 days) until you cancel. The price and renewal period are shown before you pay.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time at support.ccbill.com or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

We don't refund partly used periods, except where the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund it in full. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other consumer law.

Accounts closed for breaking the rules

If we close an account for breaking our community guidelines, for example offering or asking for sex for money, the membership is cancelled and the unused time is not refunded.
